My name is Will Stich-Smith, I am a Junior in High School in the Seattle, Washington area and from a little town called Acme, Washington. I return to Mount Baker High School for Senior Year once this tour to the 48 states is up so I can be back home in Acme. made this COVID-19 Pandemic Quilt because the 2020 Pandemic will be known throughout history and I wanted to make something to commemorate the impact on the world it has and will have. I want to take this quilt to every country that has been affected and have it stamped by the Country, like a postage stamp. Furthermore, I would like to have impacted population written on the quilt for each country to serve as a marker on the vast impact this virus has had on the world.
I plan to use the funds from this GoFundMe to support the multi-year efforts ensuring the Pandemic Quilts continuous travel around the world and bringing world unity behind this monumental quilt. “We are all in this together and together we are making history”. It only takes a dollar to make a difference and if everyone pitches in a doll

I plan to use the funds from this to support the multiyear efforts to ensure my Pandemic Quilts continuous travel around the world, visiting each country capitol bringing world unity behind this monumental quilt. I also plan to write a book or article to be published detailing each country Capitol the Quilt visits and share highlights each Country experienced by the Pandemic. I will be also looking for corporate sponsorship to help with logistics as I travel to countries that they have a presence in to be not only a sponsor but partner in this project.
Your contribution will help support my vision to send this Pandemic Quilt around the world, beginning Summer 2021. We are very grateful for your generosity.
